The only design in our range that includes three bathrooms, the two-storey Anglesea home is a popular choice as a holiday home or permanent family residence. Upstairs is the ideal parent’s retreat, complete with ensuite, walk-in robe, living room and deck. The large bedrooms and downstairs living zone are another highlight of this stylish and spacious modern home.

Blackbutt 1 & Blackbutt 2


If you’re looking for a traditional design that includes all the modern features you’d expect, our Blackbutt designs could be ideal. The Blackbutt 1 is a compact home with a spacious living zone, while the Blackbutt 2 includes an ensuite and walk-in robe to the master bedroom. The optional verandah and gable façade make it a great choice for a rural block.

One of our smallest and most affordable three-bedroom homes, the Brooklyn is ideally suited to retirees, couples and small families. The raked ceiling adds a sense of space and light and the compact floorplan is cleverly designed with the large central living zone providing separation and privacy for the bedrooms. The Brooklyn looks great in coastal or urban settings and is a good choice for a compact holiday home.

Hampton 14 & Hampton 16


The Hampton range offers stylish modern living at its best and these designs are two of our most popular modular homes. The Hampton 14 features a spacious floor plan with large square-shaped living zone, walk-in pantry and separate laundry, making it an ideal family or holiday home. The Hampton 16 includes all of the above, plus, an ensuite and walk-in robe to bedroom 1, which is located in a separate wing for privacy.

Homestead 2


The Dutch gable façade and optional wrap-around verandah give the Homestead 2 a traditional feel and plenty of character. The central living zone features a raked ceiling and bedroom 1 includes a walk-in robe and ensuite. An ideal family or holiday home for a bush or rural setting.

The Jindara is an attractive modern home that has been designed to maximise views and a relaxed lifestyle.
