The impressive Barwon two-storey home is our largest modular design. The entire first floor is dedicated to living space, which makes it ideal for big families or as a large holiday house. Upstairs, you’ll find all four bedrooms, plus a study and bathroom, so it’s possible to zone off through the day to save on power costs. Bedroom 1 features an ensuite, walk-in robe and private elevated deck. The cubehaus façade allows for high ceilings, which adds to the sense of space and luxury in this beautiful home.

Blackbutt 3


The traditional gable façade of the Blackbutt 3 allows for a gorgeous optional wraparound front verandah which adds character and charm to the design. A great design for a rural block where you can sit on the verandah and enjoy the peace.

Hampton 19


The Hampton 19 the largest in our popular Hampton range and has been designed with modern family living in mind. Bedroom 1 features a walk-in robe and ensuite, and enjoys the privacy of being situated in a separate wing. The large central living zone includes a walk-in pantry and easy access to the optional deck outside. The cubehaus façade adds style as well as an element of space thanks to the 9ft ceilings throughout.

Homestead 3


The Homestead 3 is a great design for your large rural retreat. The Dutch gable façade and optional wraparound verandah provide lots of character as well as the ideal place to enjoy the view. The floor plan includes a large central living zone with a raked ceiling and easy access through sliding doors to the verandah. Bedroom 1 is positioned for privacy and includes a walk-in robe and ensuite.

If you’re looking for a luxury homestead for your rural block, the Kingsford should be high on your list. With a traditional look and feel, it also includes all the modern luxuries you’d expect in a new home. The two living spaces, optional large wraparound deck and outdoor alfresco provides ample space for the family to relax. The floor plan is a variation of the Marysville modular home, featuring all the highlights in a slightly smaller and more affordable design.

The Marysville is one of our largest homes and is a popular option for those looking to build their dream country homestead. Bedroom 1 enjoys the privacy of its own wing, which includes an ensuite, walk-in robe and study. The gable façade and optional front and back verandahs complete the traditional look.

Shoreham 19


The Shoreham 19 is spacious, modern living at its best. The stylish cubehaus façade looks great in a rural, urban or bush setting and allows for 9ft ceilings throughout. The floor plan features two separate living spaces that lead to the large optional deck through sliding doors. A customised version of this design is showcased beautifully in our four-bedroom Rye project.

The Strathmore design is our only floor plan that features a separate dual living zone that is joined by the optional 1.8m verandah. The main section of the home includes two bedrooms and a cosy open living zone which features raked ceilings and a walk-in pantry for added space. The second section includes two bedrooms, compact living space and a shower, powder room and toilet. A great option for those looking for a teenager’s retreat or separate space for the in-laws.
