The stylish Beaumaris is a popular choice for those looking for a home that’s small in size but big on features. The 2700 level ceilings throughout create a sense of space and luxury and the optional front decking area provides a welcoming feel. Bedroom 1 includes a built-in robe and access to a second, private optional deck. The 5.1m frontage (excluding optional decks) makes it a good option for narrow blocks too.

Part of our popular Hampton range, the Hampton 12 is our largest two-bedroom home. The clever design, great features and affordable price point make the Suburban one of our most popular modular homes. The highlight windows add plenty of light and the optional front verandah is the perfect place to enjoy the outdoors and views. Both bedrooms include sliding door access to the optional verandah, built-in robes and are ideally positioned at opposite ends of the house for privacy. Our Marysville project is a wonderful example of the Suburban set in picturesque surrounds and our display home in Stratford offers plenty of design inspiration.
