Buxton, Yarra Valley, Victoria

With spectacular views as far as the eye can see, the outdoor space in our Buxton project is nothing short of stunning. The merbau decking is large and open, which really immerses it into the sense of space and beauty of the picturesque surrounds of the Yarra Valley. The flow from the living zone within is seamless, with large bi-fold doors opening up to merge the spaces together. This feature is important, as it gives you the option of enjoying the outdoors from the comfort of within.

Metung, Gippsland, Victoria

A key focus of the design brief for the contemporary Metung project, was to maximise the views, and the elevated decking does just that. Running along the front and side of the house and enjoying magnificent water views and gorgeous sunsets, the decking is the place to be at any time of day. With multiple access points through sliding doors in both the living and master bedroom, it’s easy to slip out for a quiet moment, or a longer sitting with family or friends.

The outdoor space in our North Arm Cove project, has nailed the perfect balance between style and comfort, and is the ideal haven to enjoy the gorgeous water views in every season. The covered alfresco area allows for comfortable furniture and protection from the elements, while the open decking means you can bathe in the sunshine or enjoy the starry sky as you please. Patonga Beach, Central Coast, NSW

The unique and beautiful Patonga Beach project was designed with attention to detail every step of the way, and the outdoor space includes some clever features that take it to the next level. The bi-fold sliding doors create an easy flow outside to the spacious decking, which is part of the wraparound verandah that gives the home its timeless character and appeal. The inclusion of a bi-fold window in the kitchen makes entertaining that much easier and enjoyable, and keeps the host in the kitchen involved in the outdoor conversation and fun. The verandah roof partly covers the space and can be extended out further to protect from the elements as needed, which allows for easy outdoor dining and entertaining throughout the year.

somerville-3

Somerville, Mornington Peninsula, Victoria

The outdoor living zone in our Somerville project is essentially an extension of the indoor space, with the enclosed roof and corner location allowing for all the creature comforts needed to be comfortable, day or night.
