The Patonga Beach project is a firm favourite, both in our office and in the quiet coastal neighborhood where it stands. The house replaced the original family home which was built in 1930, so it was important that the design struck the right balance between modern luxury and a traditional country look and feel.
Our clients had a clear vision of what they wanted, a style they described as ‘beach federation’. With four bedrooms and a large central living space that opens to the outdoor deck, the gorgeous ‘Sunny Corner’ as it is fondly known is a wonderful example of what is possible in a custom-designed modular home. Frankston, Mornington Peninsula, Victoria
Tucked away on a hill with spectacular views, the four-bedroom Frankston project is another custom design home with family living at its heart. The house has been cleverly designed with lots of space for regular family get togethers as well as cosy nooks for privacy.
But the highlight has to be the stunning decking. Our clients purposely designed it to be large enough to hold a crowd and placed it to take maximum advantage of the stunning views. North Arm Cove, Mid North Coast, NSW
Positioned right on the water, the gorgeous North Arm Cove holiday home has been custom designed to maximise the views and to suit the narrow, sloping block. With three-bedrooms and a large central living area, the design is ideal for relaxed family getaways.
Once again the highlight is the deck, which overlooks the water and is partly enclosed to allow for year-round use. Glass balustrades are a clever inclusion to maximise the view, and the water tank has been positioned under the decking to maximise space on the compact block.
