The large living area windows allow you to take in the views over the optional deck that includes sliding door access.
The kitchen is a generous size and features a walk-in pantry plus an island bench, so you can chat as you cook. Bedroom 1 includes an ensuite and walk-in-robe, while Bedrooms 2 and 3 are situated on either side of the main bathroom for convenience.

3. Sorrento
If you’d like a contemporary family home that has all the practical features you need, plus a little luxury, the Sorrento is definitely one to consider. With three bedrooms plus a smaller fourth that can be used as a study, there’s lots of room for all the family.
The centrally located living zone is wonderfully spacious, and the raked ceiling adds height and abundant natural light in through the highlight windows.
The design also includes a theatre room, and you can choose to remove the wall to extend the living area if you’d prefer. The large alfresco area is included in the base price and can be accessed directly from the living area, for easy entertaining throughout the year.
